五香带鱼

香辣微甜鲜美,下饭好菜。

用料:
1:带鱼一条600克,去内脏洗净。
2:橄榄油2.5大匙,八角1粒,桂皮小块,花椒粉1/2茶匙,葱3条切段,姜4片,剁椒2茶匙,番茄酱3大匙,水1杯,盐1/3茶匙,老抽酱油2大匙,糖1大匙,海鲜酱1大匙。
做法:
带鱼切块(图A)晾干或纸巾擦干。不沾锅放橄榄油2大匙,置炉上开大中火,放入鱼块(图B),两面煎黄(图C)盛出。

原锅再加0.5大匙油,开中火,炒香八角,桂皮和花椒粉(图D),再放入葱,姜,剁椒和番茄酱炒出红油,然后依次放下剩余2料和鱼块(图E)煮滚,调小火盖盖焖煮15分钟,调大中火收汁即可(图F)。
