【Air fryer Chinese cauliflower】

Serves: 6 servings
Ingredients:
1) 700g Chinese cauliflower;
2) 1 tbspavocado oil or olive oil, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 10 Sichuan peppercorns, 1 tbsp chili sauce or 6-8 dry chili pepper;
3) 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp premium soy sauce, ¼ tsp chicken broth mix;
4) 1 green onion.
Directions:
1: Wash cauliflower and cut into small pieces (Picture 1). Remove the root of green onion, rinse with cold water and then cut into 3 cm long pieces.
2: Plugin the 【AirGo】 cooker and turn on the power. Use “Function” to select the “Air Fryer” program, adjust temp to 420F and time to 10 minutes. After the preheat done, add all ingredients of Ingredient 2) first (Picture 2), then add cauliflower (Picture 4), mix well and close the lid.

3: After cooking for 3 minutes, open the lid, add all ingredients of Ingredient 3) (Picture 5), mix well again, close the lid and let the program continue. When only 2 minutes left, open the lid and add chopped green onion (Picture 5), mix and close the lid.
4: When it is done, take out cooked cauliflower and serve warm.
