微波炸鸡翼

小孩子都喜欢油炸的食物，但吃多了不健康。你可以试试这个无油炸鸡。爱吃什么口味自己调。毛毛说“跟肯德基的炸鸡味道差不都”，他一餐吃了6个。
用料:
1：鸡翼上段（用鸡翼中段，效果更好）10个，洗净备用。
2：万字牌生抽酱油2大匙，金兰老抽酱油1大匙，绍酒1大匙，糖1茶匙。
3：太白粉适量。。
做法：
将鸡翼放入2料拌匀腌30分钟。腌好的鸡翼沾上太白粉。
我用的是这种。
将5个沾了太白粉鸡翼放在盘子的竹签。
整个盘子入微波炉，丁7分钟。
真的跟油炸的一样。
