文昌鸡

用料:
1:鸡腿7个700克,洗净备用。
2:葱1条切段,姜片3片。
3:红尖辣椒1个去籽洗净切末,蒜蓉1.5大匙,葱花2大匙。
4:香油1大匙,万字牌生抽酱油4大匙,糖1大匙,镇江香醋1大匙,鸡精1/4茶匙。
做法:
炒锅加大半锅水放入葱段和姜片3片,置炉上开大火煮滚,放入鸡腿,水再滚后,调小火煮15分钟至鸡腿断生捞出。等鸡腿冷后斩块装盘,另起锅加橄榄油2大匙,炒香蒜蓉,辣椒和葱花离火,倒入所有的4料拌匀成汁,淋到鸡块上即可。
很不错的冷盘。
