Another very tasty and flourless pan fried hash brown, even kids love it. Crispy outside, soft inside, very delicious, it will disappeared in a minute when you serve it to your family.

Cook time: 10 minutes
Level: low
Serves: 2
Ingredients:
1) 1 large yellow potato (275 g);
2) 1 small baby carrot (35g)
3) 1 shallot (55g)
4) 1 large egg;
5) ½ tsp salt, 1/6 tsp chicken broth mix, 1/6 tsp finely ground black pepper;
6) 2 tbsp avocado oil or other cooking oil.

2: Combine all ingredients of Ingredient 1)-5) in a bowl, mix well (Picture3).

3: A non-stick frying pan on medium heat, add 2 tbsp cooking oil, add batter, cook for 6-8minutes until is golden brown. Turn over, cook for another 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
4: When it is done, take out the potato pancake and serve warm. Because there is no flour, thus pancake is a bit loose, but it is very delicious.
