【Braised chicken thigh in soy sauce】

Ingredients:
1) 600 grams boneless and skinless chicken thigh, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp premium soy sauce, 2 tsp corn starch, 1.5 tsp sugar;
2) 2 tbsp avocado oil;
3) ½ cup all purpose flour, 2 tsp sesame seeds;
4) 2 tbsp freshly chopped green onion, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp premium soy sauce, ¼ tsp salt, 2 tsp sugar, 2/3 cup water;
5)1 tsp corn starch, 1 tbsp water, mix well.
Directions:
1: Rinse and drain chicken thing. In a medium container, add all ingredients of Ingredient 1), mix well and cover, then store in a fridge over night (Picture 1).
2: Plug in the Ropot cooker, press Power button to preheat the cooker.
3: Add 1 tbsp oil to the pot. In a plastic bag, add ½ cup all purpose flour and marinated chicken fillets, seal the open and shake to coat flour (Picture 2), dust off excess flour and put chicken pieces to the pot (Picture 3).

4: Close the lid and press Function to select Manual function, when 3 seconds count down finishes, press – sign to decrease time to 3.5 min., program starts automatically. When the program ends, open the lid, scatter sesame seeds over the chicken thigh and turn over (Picture 4). Close the lid and press Function to select Manual function, when 3 seconds count down finishes, press – sign to decrease time to 3 min., program starts automatically.
5: When the program ends, open the lid and take out chicken meat, and repeat for the other half of chicken. Add all ingredients of Ingredient 4), close the lid and select Stir Fry function. When 3 seconds count down finishes, press + sign to increase time to 6 min. When 2 minutes left, open the lid and add Ingredient 5) (Picture 5) and then the chicken thigh (Picture 6).
5: When the program ends, transfer to a serving plate and serve with some steamed rice.
