【煎茄子】

用料:
1：长条茄子4-5根650克；
2：牛油果油2大匙，葱花1大匙，蒜蓉1大匙；
3： 头抽酱油 1大匙，辣椒油2茶匙，鸡粉1/6茶匙，盐3/4茶匙，红糖1/4茶匙，蒜蓉辣椒酱1茶匙；
4：香油1/2茶匙。
注：1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon，1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon，1杯=240毫升。
做法：
1、茄子去蒂洗净，对半切开。电饼铛插上电源预热。
2、加油一大匙到电饼铛，用刷子两面刷均油，放上一排茄子（图1），盖上盖，选煎牛排档。
3、程序完成后，打开盖子撒上，葱花，蒜蓉（图2），再盖上盖，选煎牛排档。
4、程序结束后，打开盖子，盛出烤好的茄子（图3），重复2-3煎好剩下的茄子。
5、茄子切段，放入调味料3-4（图4），拌匀即可。
