【AirGo-Garlic flat bread】

Ingredients:
Dough:
1) 1 cup + 1 tbsp lukewarm water (255g), 1/2 tsp sugar, 1.5 tsp fast rising yeast;
2) 2 ¼ cups unsifted all purpose flour (360g), ¼ tsp salt;
3) 2 tbsp olive oil;
4) filling: 4 tbsp freshly minced garlic, 1/3 tsp salt, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1.5 tbsp all purpose flour;
Topping:
5) 1/6 tsp ground black pepper, 1/3 tsp sea salt, 2 tbsp olive oil.
Directions:
1: Place all ingredients of Ingredient 1) in a container, mix well and let it stand for 10 minutes. Measure flour and salt of Ingredient 2) in a medium size bowl (Picture 1). Pour the yeast water mixture to flour to form soft dough. Add 1.5 tbsp olive oil (Picture 2) and knead the dough for about 5-8 minutes until smooth and elastic. Rub 0.5 tbsp olive oil on the top (Picture 3), cover with plastic wrap then set aside in a warm place.

2: Place Ingredient 4)’s minced garlic, oil and salt in a small sauce pot (Picture 4), on medium-low heat, cook until light brown (Picture 5). Add 1.5 tbsp flour and mix well.
3: When the dough doubles in volume (Picture 6), knead to form a disc and roll to 40 cm diameter, spread cooked garlic oil paste evenly and cut open from center to side. Roll (Picture 7) it up firmly (Picture 8), seal bottom and then press down (Picture 9). Cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 20 minutes.

4: Then roll out to 28 cm circle and place inside pot of AirGO which was brushed with 1 tbsp oil (Picture 10), cover with lid and let it stand until double in size. When double in size, sprinkle evenly all ingredients of Ingredient 5) on top and drizzle 2 tbsp olive oil (Picture 11).
5: Plugin the 【AirGo】cooker, use “Function” to select the “Oven” program, set temperature to 400F and time to 17min. press “start” to initiate the program. After cooking time only have 4-5 min. left, open the lid, turn over the bread (Pictures 12). Close the lid and let the program continue.
6: When it is done, cut and serve immediately.
Tips:
Microwave leftover bread 15-25 seconds then toast it before serving.
