葱烤三文鱼，简单易做又美味，毛毛很喜欢。
用料:
1：三文鱼片2片900克。
2：万字牌生抽酱油2大匙，白胡椒1/6茶匙，盐1/4茶匙，糖1茶匙。
3：葱2条洗净切段。
4：开水2大匙。
做法：
三文鱼片放一玻璃烤盘里，将调味料2拌匀，均匀撒在鱼片上（图A）。
然后放上葱段（图B），放入预热至420F/215oC的烤箱内，烤15分钟左右取出，趁热放入开水2大匙（图C），溶下烤盘底部的汁，放置5分钟即可食用。
