葱烤三文鱼,简单易做又美味,毛毛很喜欢。

用料:
1:三文鱼片2片900克。
2:万字牌生抽酱油2大匙,白胡椒1/6茶匙,盐1/4茶匙,糖1茶匙。
3:葱2条洗净切段。
4:开水2大匙。
做法:
三文鱼片放一玻璃烤盘里,将调味料2拌匀,均匀撒在鱼片上(图A)。

然后放上葱段(图B),放入预热至420F/215oC的烤箱内,烤15分钟左右取出,趁热放入开水2大匙(图C),溶下烤盘底部的汁,放置5分钟即可食用。
