用料:
1:里脊肉1块(120克),生粉1/2茶匙,盐1/4茶匙,水1.5茶匙;
2:苦瓜2条(400克)
3:牛油果油2大匙,辣豆瓣酱2大匙,甜面酱1大匙,葱花1大匙,蒜蓉1大匙;
4: 头抽酱油 1大匙, 鸡粉1/6茶匙,红糖1/4茶匙;
5:香油1/2茶匙。
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。
做法:
1、里脊肉洗净去掉白膜切丁,放入所有剩余1料,用手抓捏2-3分钟(图1),静置10分钟。苦瓜削去皮洗净,中间切开,用小勺将里面的心挖掉挖干净(图2)。横切细条待用(图3)。
2、【RoPot自动炒菜机】插上电源,按开关键预热后,放入1大匙油,1大匙豆瓣酱及肉丁(图4). 盖上锅盖,用Function键选Stirfry,3秒后程序自动进行,再按-键减少时间到2分钟,程序自动进行。程序结束盛出肉丁待用。

3、锅里再加1大匙油,放入葱花,蒜蓉,辣豆瓣酱,及甜面酱(图5),倒入苦瓜丁(图6)。盖上锅盖,用Function键再选Stirfry程序。
4、程序结束后,打开锅盖(图7),放入超好的肉丁及5料,再盖上锅盖,选Toss键。
5、程序结束后,盛出炒好的苦瓜就可以上桌了。
