酱瓜虾球
毛毛妈
用料:
1:虾500克,去壳洗净沥水,加盐1/3茶匙,白胡椒1/8茶匙,1.5茶匙生粉,香油2茶匙,拌匀腌20分钟备用。
2:黄瓜(大的那种)1/3条,洗净去皮去心,滚刀切小块。
3:金兰酱瓜12块,切小粒。
4:绍酒1大匙,糖1/3茶匙,盐1/4茶匙,白胡椒1/8茶匙,李锦记旧庄特级蚝油1大匙。
5:橄榄油2大匙,葱丝2大匙,姜丝1茶匙,香油1茶匙。
做法:
酱瓜用的是这个,味道好又不咸。
不沾煎锅放油2大匙,置炉上开大中火,油热放入葱丝,姜丝,虾球,和黄瓜块轻轻翻炒半分钟,接着放入调料4,再放入酱瓜炒几下,虾仁断生撒上香油兜匀即可出锅。

Hmm it seems like your blog ate my first comment (it was extremely long) so
I guess I’ll just sum it up what I submitted and say, I’m thoroughly enjoying your
blog. I too am an aspiring blog writer but I’m still new to the whole thing.
