金菇肉丝

用料:
1:新鲜金针菇一包150 克,切去根部,洗净沥水备用
2:猪大排肉300克,洗净切丝,加1/3茶匙盐,3茶匙生粉,2大匙水拌匀静置半小时
3:胡萝卜100克,去皮洗净切丝备用。
4:绍酒1大匙,盐3/4茶匙,白胡椒粉1/8茶匙。
5:生粉1茶匙,水2大匙拌匀。
6:菜油3大匙,葱1条切段。
做法:
大炒锅内放菜油2大匙置炉上,开大火,加肉丝翻炒至8成熟捞出。原炒锅放入菜油1大匙置炉上开大中火,放入一半的葱段和胡萝卜丝翻炒半分钟,喷入绍酒接着翻炒半分钟。接着放入金针菇和剩余的4料炒至金针菇断生,
拌入炒好的肉丝,淋下淀粉汁兜匀出锅。
