5、转90度擀开成长方形（图8），再将两端叠向中间三褶，然后擀开成一薄的长方形（图9），从左往右卷成圆筒（图10），再从下往上团成圆饼状（图11），保湿静置松弛10分钟。
6、压扁擀成10厘米直径圆饼，放上1.5大匙馅（图12），对折捏紧边（图13），然后打花边（见视频）成酥皮角坯（图14）。依次做好所有的酥皮角。
