山药鸡粒玉米

用料:
1:鸡胸肉150克,洗净切小粒,加万字牌生抽酱油2茶匙,生粉1.5茶匙,水2茶匙,拌匀腌20分钟。
2:山药350克,去皮洗净切小粒。
3:冰冻玉米粒3/4杯。
4:水3大匙,盐1/2茶匙,白胡椒粉1/8茶匙。
5:橄榄油3大匙,葱花2茶匙,姜末1茶匙。
6:生粉1茶匙加水2大匙拌匀,素易鲜或鸡粉1/4茶匙,香油2茶匙。
做法:
做法: 不沾锅放油2大匙,置炉上开中火,冷油放入鸡粒炒至肉变色捞出。原锅再加油1大匙,置炉上开大中火,放入姜末炒香,然后放入玉米粒炒几下,放入水3大匙焖1-2分钟,接着依次放入剩余3料和山药丁炒半分钟,放入炒好的鸡丁及6料,兜匀煮滚出锅。
