用料:
1:白萝卜1150克;
2:干贝25粒;
3:牛油果油 1.5大匙;葱花2大匙,姜2-3片,蒜蓉2茶匙, 李锦记红油豆瓣酱1大匙, 十三香粉1/6茶匙;
4:盐1/2茶匙,头抽酱油1.5大匙, 鸡粉1/6茶匙;
5:香油 1茶匙。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法
1、干贝提前冷水泡软(图1)沥水待用。萝卜削掉皮洗净沥水,切0.5厘米片,然后在切4-6等份(图2).
2、【AirGo】插上电源,用“Function”选“Air Fryer”然后选择415F及20分钟,点“Start”预热。预热后放入1.5大匙油,葱花, 姜片, 蒜蓉, 十三香粉,豆瓣酱及干贝(图3), 炒几下盖上盖让程序继续。

3、等程序进行了1分钟,打开盖子, 放入萝卜片,搅拌几下 (图4), 盖上盖继续(图5)。
4、程序进行到还有5分钟后或提醒翻转时,打开盖子,放入盐, 头抽酱油及鸡粉拌匀,盖上盖, 让程序完成。
5、等程序完成,打开盖子, 放1茶匙香油(图6), 搅拌几下就可以盛出来上桌。
