【AirGo- Chicken breast skewers】

You should try this Chicken breast skewers, very tasty and the chicken breast is so tender. I used AirGo to make this dish, very easy. To purchase go to: AirGo cooker, with a coupon of maomao25 for $25 off.

Serves: 5 servings
Ingredients:
1) 525g organic chicken breast;
2) 1 tbsp premium soy sauce, 1.5 tbsp Lee Kum Kee oyster sauce, 1 tbsp chill bean sauce, 1tbsp sweet flour sauce;
3) 1/4 tsp chicken broth mix;
4) 1 tsp sesame oil;
5) 1 tbsp avocado oil or other cooking oil;
6): 1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds.
Directions:
1: Rinse chicken breast with water and drain. Remove white membrane from chicken breast and cut into 3 mm slices (Picture1). Massage the chicken meat for 1-2 minutes to tenderize them. Add all ingredients of Ingredient 2) (Picture 2), mix well. Then add 1 tsp sesame oil and ¼ tsp chicken broth mix, mix well (Picture 3) and set aside for 20 min.
2: Thread each chicken piece onto bamboo tooth sticks and leave on a piece of parchment paper (Picture 4).

3: Plugin the 【AirGo】cooker, use “Function” to select the “Air Fryer” program, set temperature to 420F and time to 6 min. press “start” to initiate the program. After preheat, open the lid, and place chicken skewers along with the parchment paper inside the pan (Picture 5). Close the lid and let the program continue.
4: When the program ends, open the lid, scatter 1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds over the chicken skewers and transfer them to a serving plate and serve warm.
