【AirGo-Chicken nuggets】

Serves: 4 servings
Ingredients:
1) 525g organic chicken breast;
2) 1 tbsp premium soy sauce, 1tbsp Lee Kum Kee chill bean sauce, 2 tsp lakanto sugar, ¼ tsp ground thirteen spice, 1 small piece chili fermented bean curd;
3) 1/4 tsp chicken broth mix;
4) 1 tsp sesame oil;
5) 2/3 cup all-purpose flour;
6) 1 tbsp avocado oil or other cooking oil;
7): 1 large piece parchment paper.
Directions:
1: Rinse chicken breast with water and drain. Remove white membrane from chicken breast and cut into 2 cm wide pieces. Massage the chicken meat for 1-2 minutes to tenderize them. Add all ingredients of Ingredient 2)-4) (Picture 1), mix well (Picture 2) and set aside for 20 min.
2: Add 2/3 cup flour (Picture 3), gentle mix to coat chicken with flour. Shake off excess flour and put chicken pieces on the parchment paper (Picture 4).

3: Plugin the 【AirGo】cooker, use “Function” to select the “Air Fryer” program, set temperature to 420F and time to 18 min. press “start” to initiate the program. After preheat, open the lid, and place chicken pieces along with the parchment paper inside the pan. Add 1.5 oil over the chicken strips evenly, close the lid and let the program continue (Picture 5).
4: After cooking for about 12 minutes (or upon when beeping), open the lid, turn over the chicken nuggets (Picture 6). Close the lid and let the program to finish.
5: When the program ends, open the lid, and transfer them to a serving plate and serve warm.
