Very delicious duck dish, I have removed all excess fat before cook this dish.

Prepare time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 60 minutes
Level: low
Serves: 12 servings

Ingredients:

1) 1 young duck 3000 g;
2) 1.5 tbsp avocado oil or other cooking oil, 2 green onion, 10g fresh ginger;
3) 2 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp premium soy sauce, 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 1/4 tsp chicken broth mix, 1tbsp lakanto as sugar;
4) 2 cups water;
5) 1 tsp sesame oil.

Directions:
1: Clean duck and trim off excess fat, cut into 6 cm cubes. Green onion, remove roots, rinse and cut into 6 cm long pieces, slice the ginger.
2: Heat 1.5 tbsp oil in pot over medium-high heat, add chopped green onion and sliced ginger, sauté for 30 seconds. Add duck pieces (Picture 1), cook and stir for a few minute until water evaporate (Picture 2) and meat is light brown.

3: Add all ingredients of Ingredient 3 (Picture 3) and 2 cups water, stir to mix and bring to boil. Reduce heat to low, cover with lid and cook for another 60 minutes, occasionally stir a few times.
4: Remove the lid and turn to medium-high heat. Reduce the sauce to about 1/6. Stir in 1 tsp sesame oil, then transfer into a serving plate.
