【Roasted Garlic and Herb Potato Wedges】

This garlic and herb flavored oven roasted potato wedges are so delicious and easy to make. They are a great alternative to French fries and much healthier too. Who wants to buy frozen potato wedges anymore?

Prepare time: 20 minutes
Cook time: 30 minutes
Level: Low
Serves: 4 servings
Ingredients:
1) 4 medium potatoes (660g);
2) 3 tbsp olive oil, 4 tsp freshly minced garlic, 1 tsp salt, ¼ tsp ground black pepper;
3) 1/3 tsp thyme, 1/3 tsp rosemary, 1/3 tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp paprika.
Directions:
1: Preheat oven at 420F/215C. Peel off potato skin, rinse and pat dry with a paper towel. (You can leave the skin on if you prefer). Cut each potato in half lengthwise then cut into 3-4 equal-size wedges (Picture 1).
2: Place potato wedges with all ingredients of Ingredient 2)-3) into a plastic bag (Picture 2). Seal the bag and shake to let wedges fully coated with olive oil and herb sauce (Picture 3).

3: Place potato wedges on a parchment paper lined baking pan (Picture 3). Bake at 420F/215C for about 30 minutes until golden brown. They are crusty, flavorful and tender inside. Serve immediately, yummy!
