卤豆腐

用料:
1:豆腐6块850克,洗净切片。
2:绍酒1大匙,万字牌生抽酱油3大匙,金兰老抽2大匙,盐1/4茶匙,水2杯,糖1大匙,八角1个,丁香2粒,五香粉1/4茶匙。
3:橄榄油5大匙,葱段5段,姜片5片,香油1茶匙。
做法:
不沾锅放油2.5大匙,置炉上开大中火,放入一半豆腐煎至两面黄,盛出。再加2.5茶匙油,煎好另一半豆腐,盛出备用。原锅留油,置炉上开中火,放入葱段和姜片炒香,然后依次放入2料及煎好的豆腐片煮滚。调小火焖煮15分钟,淋上香油离火,焖2小时,就可以吃了。
