【Oil free pan fried chicken wings】

Prepare time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 15 minutes
Stand time: 8-10 hours
Level: Low
Serves: 4 servings
Ingredients:
1) 12 chicken wing mid-sections;
2) ½ tsp salt;
3) 1/3 tsp ground black pepper.
Directions:
1: In the morning, rinse chicken wings under water and pat dry. Place chicken wings in a plastic bag, add the salt over the chicken wings and seal the bag. Mix well (Picture 1) and store in a fridge for 8-10 hours.
2: Plugin the Ropot cooker, press the Power button to turn on the cooker, place the flat bottom inner pot inside the machine. Pat dry the wings and arrange them inside the pot (Picture 2). Scatter ground black pepper evenly over the chicken wings (Picture 3).

3: Close the lid, press the Function key to select the Pan fry function (default 4 min), press + sign to increase time to 8 min (Picture 3). When the Pan fry program ends, open the lid from side, turn over the wings (Picture 4). Repeat the Pan fry progrom (adjust to 7 min) to cook the other side.
4: When the program ends, open the lid, remove the pot and transfer cooked wings to a serving plate and serve.
