【White asparagus stir-fry】

I bought white asparagus at Costco, very fresh. You should try this quick, healthy and tasty vegetable dish.

Prepare time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 5-6 minutes
Level: low
Serves: 6 servings
Ingredients:
1) White asparagus 700g;
2) 1.5tbsp avocado oil or other cooking oil, 1 tbsp freshly chopped green onions, 1 tsp minced garlic;
3) 1 tbsp premium soy sauce, 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1/4 tsp chicken broth mix, 1 tsp sugar;
4) 1 tsp sesame oil;
Directions:
1: Peel off the skin of asparagus, rinse with cold water, then cut 1 cm long pieces (Picture1).
2: A frying wok on high heat, add 1.5 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp chopped green onion and 1 tsp minced garlic (Picture 2), sauté for about 30 seconds.

3: Add asparagus pieces (Picture 3), sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add all ingredients of Ingredient 3) (Picture 4). Stir and cook for 2 minutes.
4: Add 1 tsp sesame oil, mix well. Transfer to a serving plate and serve warm.
