by MaomaoMom
This is Hong Kong style “Tang Yuan”, made with glutinous rice flour. These sweet chewy little balls topped with crunchy roasted peanuts makes a perfect delicacy snack.

Cook time: 10 minutes
Level: Easy
Serves: 6 servings
Ingredients:
1) 1 cup glutinous rice flour (130g), ½ cup lukewarm water (118g);
2) 3 tbsp brown sugar (33g), 2 tbsp water (30g);
3) 2 tbsp honey (30g), 2 tsp boiling water (10g), mix well;
4) 3 tbsp crushed roasted peanuts (20g).
Directions:
1: Place glutinous rice flour in a medium size bowl. Add warm water to form dough (Picture1). Divide dough into 20 equal portions. Form each portion into a small ball by rolling it between your palms (Picture2).
2: Fill a small saucepan with 2 cups water and bring to a boil. Add all glutinous rice balls (Picture 3). Stir to prevent them sticking to the bottom. Cook until glutinous rice balls float on the surface (Picture 4). Drain and set aside.

3: Add all ingredients of Ingredient 3) in a small saucepan. Cook on medium heat until sugar dissolves into syrup; add glutinous rice balls (Picture 5) and cook for another minute on low heat.
4: Spoon out glutinous balls on a plate or in a small serving bowl, drizzle 1 tbsp diluted honey and sprinkle some crushed peanuts before serving.

Excellent goods from you, man. I have be aware your stuff prior to and you’re just extremely fantastic.
I actually like what you have got right here, really like
what you’re stating and the way by which you assert it.
You are making it enjoyable and you still take care of to keep it
sensible. I can not wait to learn much more from you.
That is really a great site.
Pretty nice post. I just stumbled upon your blog and wanted to say that I have really enjoyed browsing your blog posts.
After all I will be subscribing to your rss feed and I hope you write again very soon!
Howdy this is kind of of off topic but I was wondering if blogs use WYSIWYG editors
or if you have to manually code with HTML. I’m starting a blog soon but have no coding skills so I wanted to get guidance from someone with experience.
Any help would be enormously appreciated!
I was wondering if you ever considered changing the structure of your site?
Its very well written; I love what youve got to say. But
maybe you could a little more in the way of content
so people could connect with it better. Youve got an awful lot of text for only
having 1 or two pictures. Maybe you could space it out better?
