【Grilled eggplants】

Ingredients:
1) 5 Chinese eggplants (650g)
2) 2 tbsp avocado oil, 1 tbsp freshly chopped green onion, 1 tbsp miced garlic;
3) 1tbsp premium soy sauce, 2 tsp chili oil, 3/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tbsp brown sugar, 1/6 tsp chicken broth mix;
4) 1/2 tsp sesame oil.
Directions:
1: Trim stem off from the eggplants. Rinse and cut each eggplant lengthwise into 2 equal portions. Plug in the electric skillet and switch on to preheat the skillet.
2: When preheat is done, add 1 tbsp oil to the skillet and brush both sides. Arrange eggplants on it (picture1), close the lid and select “steak” function.

3: When the program ends, open the lid, turn oven the eggplants, scatte chopped green onion and miced garlic on top (picture2), close the lid. Select “steak” function again.
4: When it is done, remove cooked eggplans to a clean bowl (picture3), and repeat steps 2-3 for the rest of eggplants.
5: Cut cooked eggplans into 1 inch pieces, add all ingredients of Ingredient 3) and 4), mix well before serving.
