Cook time: 7-8 minutes
Standard time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
1) 1 pork tenderloin (575g);
2) 1 tbsp premium soy sauce, 1tbsp Lee Kum Kee chill bean sauce, 1 tbsp sweet flour paste, ¼ tsp salt, 1 tsp lakanto sugar, 1/4 tsp chicken broth mix, 1 tsp sesame oil;
3) 2/3 cup all purpose flour;
4) 2 tbsp avocado oil or other cooking oil.
Directions:
1: Remove white membrane on pork tender loin, rinse and pat dry. Cut into 1 cm thick pieces (Picture 1). Place meat in a bowl and add all ingredients of Ingredient 2) (Picture 2), mix well (Picture 3) and set aside for 30 min.
2: Add 2/3 cup flour (Picture 4), gentle mix to coat meat with flour. A non-stick pan on medium heat, add 2 tbsp oil. Shake off excess flour and arrange the pork slices in the pan (Picture 5).

3: Pan Fry the pork chop until one side is golden brown, about 4-5 minutes. Trun over (Picture 6), cook the other side to golden brown about 3-4 minutes.
