芝麻鸡肉串

用料:
1:鸡胸肉300克,洗净沥水,切2毫米薄片。
2:绍酒1大匙,生抽酱油1大匙,老抽1大匙,糖1/2茶匙,姜片3克,葱1根切段,蚝油1大匙。
3:生粉1大匙,橄榄油1大匙。
4:熟芝麻6茶匙。
5:竹签6根。香油1茶匙。
做法:
鸡片放入所有2料(图B,拌匀腌20分钟(图B)。然后拌上生粉1大匙和橄榄油1大匙(图C),竹签穿上鸡肉片,拍上少许芝麻放入烤盘(图D)。
放入400F烤箱烤8分钟,再上火(Broil)烤2分钟(图E),拿出刷上点香油即可。
