【Shallot and Shrimp stir fry】

Very a simple and delicious dish, tender shrimp in lovely fermented black bean and oyster sauce.

Cook time: 4 minutes
Level: low
Serves: 4 servings
Ingredients:
1) 2 Shallots;
2) 1 package frozen deveined white shrimps (454g);
3) ½ tsp salt, 1/8 tsp ground white pepper, 1 tsp corn starch, 1 tsp sesame oil;
4) 1 tbsp avocado oil or other cooking oil, 1 tbsp freshly chopped green onion, 1 tsp freshly minced garlic, 1 tbsp fermented black bean sauce;
5) 1 table oyster sauce, ¼ tsp sugar, 1/6 tsp chicken broth mix.
Directions:
1: Remove skin of shallots, rinse with cold water, then chop into small pieces (Picture 1). Place shrimps in cold water to thaw, remove shells, rinse with cold water, massage for a minute and drain well. Add all ingredients of Ingredient 3), mix well and set aside (Picture 2).
2: A non-stick pan on medium-high heat, add 1 tbsp oil and all ingredients of Ingredient 4), sauté for 30 seconds (Picture 3). Add chopped shallots, sauté another 30 seconds (Picture 4).

3: Add shrimp (Picture 5), stir and cook until shrimp changed color, about 2 minutes. Add all ingredients of Ingredient 5), mix well.
4: Transfer to a serving plate and serve with some steamed rice. Very delicious, tender shrimp in lovely sauce.
