Serves: 4 servings

Ingredients:

1) 1 bag flat beans (340g);
2) 1 tbsp avocado oil or other cooking oil;
3) 2 tsp freshly chopped green onion, 1.5 tsp minced garlic;
4).1 tbsp premium soy sauce, 1/8 tsp ground black pepper, 1.5 tbsp oyster sauce, ¼ tsp chicken broth mix, ½ cup cold water;
5) ½ tsp sesame oil .

Directions:
1: Remove both ends of flat beans, rinse with water (Picture 1) and 45 degree cut flat beans into 1 cm long pieces (Picture 2), set aside.
2: Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in wok over high heat, add chopped green onion and minced garlic (Picture 3), sauté for 20 seconds. Add flat beans, stir and sauté for a minute (Picture 4).

3: Add all ingredients of Ingredient 4) (Picture 5), stir a few times. Cove with a lid and cook for 3-4 min., stir occasionally.
4: Open the lid (Picture 6), reduce sauce until 1/6 left. Add ½ tsp sesame oil, mix and transfer to a serving plate and serve warm.
