豉汁鱼片豆腐

用料:
1:冰冻龙利或金狮斑球鱼柳(Sole fillet or Basa fillet)150克,洗净切片,加盐1/4茶匙,白胡椒粉1/8茶匙,生粉1茶匙,拌匀腌20分钟。
2:玉子豆腐一包250克,切0.5厘米厚片。
3:万字牌生抽酱油2大匙,糖1茶匙,水1/2杯。
4:橄榄油1大匙,蒜蓉2茶匙,豆豉2茶匙切碎,豆瓣酱2茶匙。
5:生粉1茶匙加水2大匙拌匀,香油1茶匙,葱花1大匙。
做法:
将鱼片放到切好的豆腐片上,摆盘上,入笼大火蒸5分钟。小煎锅放入1大匙橄榄油,置炉上开大火,放入蒜蓉,豆豉和豆瓣酱炒香后,加入所有3料煮滚,下5料拌匀煮成芡汁淋到蒸好的鱼片豆腐上即可。
鲜嫩好味道。
