【Baked chicken drumsticks in soy sauce】

Serves: 6-7 servings
Ingredients:
1) 12-14 organic chicken drumsticks;
2) 1.5 tbsp freshly minced garlic, 1 small piece fermented chili bean curd and 2 tsp sauce;
3) 1 tbsp premium dark soy sauce , 2 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp premium soy sauce, 2/3 tsp salt, ¼ tsp thirteen ground Chinese ground spice oil, 1tbsp dark brown sugar;
4) 1 tsp sesame oil.
Directions:
1: Rinse chicken drumsticks under water and pat dry. Place chicken drumsticks and all ingredients of Ingredient 2) to 4) in a Ziploc bag. Seal the bag and turn the bag over a couple of times until the drumsticks are well coated with sauce (Picture 1). Marinate for 48 hours in the fridge. Turn the bag over a few times during this period.
2: Plugin the 【AirGo】 cooker and turn on the power. Use “Function” to select the “Bake” program, adjust temp to 400F and time to 32 minutes. After the preheat done, line the pan with parchment paper, arrange drumsticks inside, close the lid (Picture 2), and let the program continue.

3: After cooking for 20 minutes or until hear flip beeping reminder sound, open the lid (Picture 3), turn over the drumsticks, close the lid (Picture 4) and let the program continue.
4: When it is done, take out drumsticks and serve warm.
