Cook time: 29 minutes

Serves: 8 servings

Ingredients:

1) Half package of Costco’s Kirkland Signature Pecan Halves 454g;
2) 3/4 tsp salt;
3) 2/3 tsp thirteen-spice powder .

Directions:
1: Place pecan in a large bowl, then fill with 5 cups of boiling water to cover pecans Soak for 30 seconds then drain well (Picture 1).
2: Sprinkle salt and thirteen-spice powder on top, and toss to coat pecans evenly (Picture 2).
3: Plugin the 【AirGo】cooker, use “Function” to select the “Air Fryer” program, set temperature to 350F and time to 29 min. press “start” to initiate the program. Add pecans and spread evenly (Picture 3). Close the lid (Picture 4) and let the program continue.

4: When only a few minutes left or beeping for flap, open the lid and stir to mix (Picture 5). Close the lid and let the program to finish.
5: When the program ends, stir to mix and let pecan cool to room temperature before serving.
