Prepare time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 40 minutes
Level: low
Serves: 18 servings

Ingredients:

1) 1 package organic peanuts (908g);
2) 1.5 tsp salt;
3) ¾ tsp ground Sichuan peppercorn;
4) ½ tsp five spicy powder;
5) 1/2 tsp chicken broth mix, 1 tbsp premium soy sauce, 1 tbsp garlic chili sauce;

Directions:

1 Place peanuts in a large bowl (Picture 1), then fill with 5 cups of boiling water to cover peanuts (Picture 2). Soak for 10 seconds then drain well. Sprinkle salt, ground Sichuan peppercorn, five spicy powder and chicken broth mix on top (Picture 4), and toss to coat peanuts evenly (Picture 4).

2: Plugin the 【AirGo】cooker, use “Function” to select the “Air Fryer” program, set temperature to 350 F and time to 40 min. press “start” to initiate the program. When preheat is done, add peanuts and spread evenly (Picture 5). Close the lid (Picture 6) and let the program continue.

3: When 10-15 min. left, open the lid and stir a few times to mix. Close the lid and let the program to finish.

4: When the program ends, stir to mix and let peanuts cool to room temperature before serving.
