【AirGo- Chinese sausage asparagus in oyster sauce】

A delicious and very healthy dish. I used AirGo’s “Air Fryer” function to make this dish, asparagus is tender and crunchy, tasty. To purchase go to: AirGo cooker, with a coupon of maomao25 for $25 off.

Serves: 6 servings
Ingredients:
1) 908g asparagus (thick ones are the best)
2) 2 Chinese sausage;
3) 1 tbsp avocado oil or other cooking oil, 1 tbsp freshly chopped green onion, 3-4 slices of fresh ginger;
4) 1/2 tsp salt, 1.5 tbsp premium oyster sauce, 1/6 tsp chicken broth mix;
5) 1tsp sesame oil.
Directions:
1: Peel of the skin of asparagus (Picture 1) and remove roots, rinse and cut each into 1 inch long pieces (Picture 2). Slice Chinese sausage, set aside (Picture 3).
2: Plugin the 【AirGo】cooker, use “Function” to select the “Air Fryer” program, set temperature to 415F and time to 6 min. press “start” to initiate the program. After preheat, open the lid, add 1 tbsp oil, chopped green onion, sliced ginger and sliced sausage (picture 4), then close the lid.

3: After cooking about 1-2 minutes, open the lid, stir to mix). Add asparagus and salt, stir to mix (Picture 5), cover with the lid and let the program continue.
4: When only 2 min cooking time left (or upon when beeping), open the lid, add 1.5 tbsp premium oyster sauce and chicken broth mix (picture 6), stir a few time, close the lid and let the program to finish.
5: When the program ends, open the lid, add 1 tsp sesame oil and stir to mix. Transfer cooked asparagus to a serving plate and serve warm with steamed rice.
