I love beans, this dish is one of my favorite, and you got to try it. It’s ideal to serve this dish with some steamed rice.

Cook time: 10 minutes
Level: Low
Serves: 6 servings

Ingredients:
1) 700g flat beans;
2) 180g extra lean ground pork;
3) 1.5 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp freshly chopped green onion, 3-4 thin sliced fresh ginger;
4) 1 tbsp premium soy sauce, 1 tbsp light soy sauce; 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, 1/3 cup cold water, ¼ tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, 1/6 tsp chicken broth mix;
5) 1 tsp sesame oil .

Directions:

1: Remove both ends of flat beans, rinse with water (Picture 1) and cut flat beans into 1-inch long pieces (Picture 2).
2: Heat 1.5 tbsp olive oil in a non-stick sauté pan over high heat, add chopped green onion and sliced ginger (Picture 3), satue for 1 minute. Add ground pork, stir and cook for 1-2 minutes (Picture 4). Add flat beans, stir and sauté for a minute (Picture 5).

3: Add all ingredients of Ingredient 4) (Picture 6), cover with a lid, reduce to medium heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stir occasionally. Open the lid (Picture 7), bring heat to medium-high to reduce sauce until 1/6 liquid left (Picture 8).
4: Add 1 tsp sesame oil , stir to mix. Transfer to a serving plate and serve with some steam rice immediately.
