【Garlic Shrimp Skewers 】

I used medium sized frozen deveined white shrimp for this dish. The shrimps are very tender and delicious in just 6 minutes. Maomao ate three skewers.

Serves: 4 servings
Ingredients:
1) 1 package peeled and deveined frozen white shrimp (400g);
2) ½ tsp salt, ¼ tsp ground black pepper, 1 tsp sesame oil, 2 tsp fresh minced garlic, 1 tsp balsamic vinegar, 1/3 tsp sugar;
3) ¾ tsp paprika, 1 tsp roasted sesame seeds, 2 tsp chopped green onion;
4) 8 skewers.
Directions:
1: Thaw the frozen shrimp in fridge in the morning. Rinse shrimps under cold water and drain well. Combine shrimps with all ingredients of Ingredient 2) in a bowl (Picture 1), mix well and set aside for 20 minutes (Picture 2).
2: Drain and discard marinate. If metal skewers are used, lightly spray them with PAM. Thread shrimp onto skewers (about 7 per skewer), and place the skewers on parchment paper lined baking sheet (Picture 3). Sprinkle with paprika, roasted sesame seeds and chopped green onion.

3: Preheat oven to 420F. Bake for 6 minutes (Picture 3) until shrimp turn pink. Do not over bake.
4: Serve shrimp skewers over rice or Spaghetti in Balsamic and Scallion Sauce.
