内部有铝材料有利导热，但外层不是铝，不会有危险。

我都是烧完一个菜，加冷水可以，用洗洁剂洗干净。

我用的是induction， 电磁炉也可用，如果你家只是电炉或煤气，用standard就行，便宜点。
