INDUCTION可以放到电磁炉上，锅也会被加热。
哦，那我家炉子是天然气的，用不着INDUCTION啦。我在美国，您觉得直接从欧洲的关网上买有问题么？好像要便宜很多的样子。。。

毛毛妈， 我看你的菜谱中不常提起用KitchenAid Stand Mixer. 这是厨房必备品吗。我有一个面包机，是否还应买一个Stand Mix呢？ 最近Costco有KitchenAid Stand Mixer的促销，正在犹豫是否该买一个，但又怕太占地方。
面包机是省钱版用来揉面，当然KitchenAid Stand Mixer还有更多其它功能，有一个就更好啦。
上个周末买了KitchenAid Stand Mixer，非常好用。比面包机和面好很多。马上用来做蜜蜂小面包，拉丝效果很好。这个工具大大的好 :). 谢谢毛毛妈的推荐。
