【Jumbo shrimp stir fry】

MaomaoDad bought a bag of jumbo shrimp at Costco; I made this dish for dinner. Surprisingly, the meat is very tender and tasty. Maomao had five of them!

Prepare time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 5 minutes
Level: Low
Serves: 4 servings
Ingredients:
1) 1 bag frozen deveined jumbo shrimp 680g;
2) 1.5 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp freshly chopped green onion, 1tbsp minced garlic, 1-2 slices of ginger, 1 tbsp ketchup;
3) 1 tsp dark vinegar, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, 1/8 tsp ground white pepper, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp premium soy sauce;
4) 1 tsp sesame oil
Directions:
1: Deforst shrimps in cold water (Picture 1), rinse with cold water, drain and set aside.
2: Heat 1.5 tbsp olive oilin a non-stick sauté pan over high heat. Sauté chopped green onion, minced garlic, sliced ginger and ketchup (Picture 2) for 1 minute.

3: Add shrimps, stir and cook for 1 minutes (Picture 3). Add all ingredients of Ingredient 3) (Picture 4), continue stir and cook for additional 2 minutes until the shrimps just cooked.
4: Add 1 tsp sesame oil (Picture 5), stir to mix. Transfer to a serving plate and serve immediately over some steamed rice.
