【King oyster mushroom and shrimp stir fry】

MaomaoDad loves king oyster mushroom. I have made this dish for dinner, and he enjoyed very much. This is a simple and delicious dish, you can try it in your kitchen too.

Cook time: 5 minutes
Level: Low
Serves: 4 servings
Ingredients:
1) 25 of 31/40 size frozen shrimp, ¼ tsp sale, 1/8 tsp finely ground white pepper, 1/2 tsp sesame oil, 2 tsp corn starch;
2) 1 package king oyster mushrooms (400g)
3) 1.5 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp freshly chopped green onion, 1 slice of ginger, 1 tsp freshly minced garlic;
4) ¼ tsp salt, 1 tbsp premium soy sauce , 1/6tsp chicken broth mix;
5) 1/2 tsp sesame oil.
Directions:
1: Soak frozen shrimps in cold water to defrost (Picture 1). Peel and devein the shrimp, rinse under cold water and drain well. Place shrimps in a bowl, add the rest ingredients in Ingredient 1) (Picture 2), mix well and set aside for 20 minutes (Picture 3).
2: Remove roots of king oyster mushrooms, rinse with cold and cut into thin slices (Picture 4).
3: Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a non-stick sauté pan over medium-high heat, Sauté shrimp for 1-2 minutes until shrimp (Picture 5) just cooked. Remove from the pan and set aside.

4: Add 0.5tbsp oil to the pan and over medium-high heat, saute chopped green onion, minced garlic and sliced ginger for about 45 seconds (Picture 6). Add sliced mushrooms (Picture 7), stir and cook for 3 minutes. Add all ingredients of Ingredient 4), stir to mix.
5: Add previously cooked shrimps (Picture 8), stir to mix. Finally add 1/2 tsp sesame oil, stir to mix. Transfer to a serving plate and serve immediately.
