【Sesame pork shreds】

A very delicious and quick stir fry dish, your family will like it.

Prepare time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 8 minutes
Level: Easy
Serves: 4 servings
Ingredients:
1) 400g pork tenderloin, 2/3 tsp salt, 2 tsp corn starch, 3 tbsp cold water;;
2) 1 tbsp sesame;
3) 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp freshly minced garlic, 1.5 tsp freshly minced ginger, 1 tbsp freshly chopped green onion;
4) 1 tsp cooking wine, 2 tsp premium soy sauce, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1/6 tsp chicken broth mix, 1 tbsp dark vinegar, 1 tbsp honey, 1/8 tsp ground white pepper;
5) 1 tbsp freshly chopped green onion, 1 tsp sesame oil .
Directions:
1: Slice pork tenderloin then cut into shreds. Rub on the rest of ingredients of Ingredient 1) for 1-2 minutes then set aside for 20 minutes (Picture 1). It will taste better and more tender if the pork meat is marinated overnight.
2: In a non-stick saute pan, roast sesame seeds (Picture 2) at low heat until color slightly yellow, set aside. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in the same non-stick sauté pan over high heat. Sauté minced ginger, garlic and chopped green onion of Ingredient 3) for 45 seconds. Add the pork shreds, stir and cook until outside turns white (Picture 4).

4: Add all ingredients of Ingredient 4) (Picture 5), stir and cook until sauce reduced to about 1 tbsp left. Finally added roasted sesame seeds (Picture 5), 1 tbsp chooped green and 1 tsp sesame oil stir to mix. Transfer to a serving plate, serve with some steamed rice.
