【Stem lettuce stir fry in black bean chili sauce】

I am so happy to find this fresh stem lettuce, a great vegetable dish.
Cook time: 8-10 minutes
Level: low
Serves: 6 servings
Ingredients:
1) 800g stem lettuce (you can purchase in Chinese grocery store);
2) 1 tbsp avocado oil or other cooking oil, 2tbsp freshly chopped green onion, 2 tsp freshly minced garlic, 1tbsp Lee Kum Kee Guizhou style black bean chili sauce;
3) 1 tbsp premium soy sauce, ¼ tsp salt, 1/4 tsp chicken broth mix;
4) 1/2 tsp sesame oil.
Directions:
1: Peel off the skin of the stem lettuce (Picture 1), rinse and then cut into small pieces (Picture 2).
2: Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan over medium-high heat, add all ingredients of Ingredient 2) (Picture 3), saute for 30 seconds. Add stem lettuce pieces, saute for about 1-2 minutes.
3: Add all ingredients of Ingredient 3 (Picture 4), stir to mix.
4: Add 1/2 tsp sesame oil, mix well. Transfer to a serving plate and serve warm.
