by MaomaoMom
I always keep a bag of walnuts and a box of dried dates at home. These two have lots health benefits. Walnuts are rich source of energy and contain health benefiting nutrients, minerals, antioxidants and vitamins that are essential for optimum health. Dates are high in fiber, low in fat, high in simple carbohydrates, and they don’t contain cholesterol.
