毛毛妈, 您好。您有没有试过美国的cast iron 平底锅？虽然您推荐了一款不粘炒锅，但我总觉得还是传统的铁锅最好，但说实话，使用铁锅的经历，真是让我心力交瘁，season 了几次，老公还是抱怨粘锅，要多用很多油，而且现在还开始掉小黑点点… 真是不知道用什么锅好了。咱们人类吃饭了几千年，到底哪种锅，怎么用锅，才是最好的呢？
我用过cast iron 平底锅，后来我买了Gastrolux.com 的不粘锅，就只用这个啦。
