【Mushrooms in Hot Garlic Sauce – Yu Xiang mushrooms】
by MaomaoMom
Yu Xiang is one of most well-known sauces used in Sichuan cuisine. Yu Xiang, literally “fish fragrance”, refers to the sweet, sour and spicy sauce in which meat or vegetables are cooked. This Sichuan classic doesn’t actually contain fish. Instead, its seasoning mixture replicates the traditional flavouring for Sichuan fish dishes, and is prepared using ginger and garlic with sugar, salt, vinegar, soy sauce, and chili peppers.

Prepare time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 5 minutes

I do trust all the ideas you have presented to your post. They’re really convincing and can definitely work. Still, the posts are too brief for starters. Could you please prolong them a bit from next time? Thanks for the post.

Perfect work you have done, this web site is really cool with good information.
An interesting dialogue is worth comment. I think that it’s best to write extra on this topic, it may not be a taboo subject but generally people are not enough to talk on such topics. To the next. Cheers
