My family loves king oyster mushroom, we buy them every week. If you like king oyster mushroom, you got to try this very simple, quick and delicious dish.

 Stir fried king oyster mushrooms 香炒皇子菇

Cook time: 5 minutes

Serves: 4 servings

Ingredients:
1) 1 package king oyster mushrooms (400g);
2) 2 fresh cilantros;
3) 1.5 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp freshly chopped green onion, 1.5 tsp shredded ginger, 1 tbsp freshly minced garlic;
4) 1/4 tsp salt, 1/3 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp premium soy sauce, 1/6 tsp chicken broth mix;
5) 1 tsp sesame oil.

Directions:

1: Remove roots of king oyster mushrooms, rinse with cold and cut into thin slices (Picture 1). Rinse cilantros with cold water and cut into 1 cm long pieces (Picture 2), set aside.
2: Heat 1.5 tbsp olive oil in a non-stick sauté pan over high heat, sauté chopped green onion, shredded ginger and mince garlic for 30 seconds (Picture 3).

3: Add sliced mushrooms (Picture 4), stir and cook for 3 minutes. Add all ingredients of Ingredient 4) (Picture 5), stir and cook until the liquid evaporates.
4: Add chopped cilantros and 1 tsp sesame oil (Picture 6), stir to mix. Transfer to a serving plate and serve immediately.
