I always keep a bag of walnuts and a box of dried dates at home. These two have lots health benefits. Walnuts are rich source of energy and contain health benefiting nutrients, minerals, antioxidants and vitamins that are essential for optimum health. Dates are high in fiber, low in fat, high in simple carbohydrates, and they don’t contain cholesterol. This Walnuts and Sweet Rice Puree has been around for hundreds of years, originally enjoyed by emperors and empresses inside the Forbidden City.

  1. Great post. I am facing a couple of these problems.

  2. Appreciating the time and effort you put into your website and detailed information you provide. It’s great to come across a blog every once in a while that isn’t the same old rehashed information. Fantastic read! I’ve bookmarked your site and I’m adding your RSS feeds to my Google account.

  3. You actually make it seem so easy with your presentation but I find this topic to be actually something which I think I would never understand. It seems too complex and extremely broad for me. I’m looking forward for your next post, I’ll try to get the hang of it!

  4. Wow! Thank you! I permanently needed to write on my website something like that. Can I implement a part of your post to my site?
