【煮干丝】

超市里买菜，看到这个豆干丝，买回来试试，虽然比不上国内好的豆干，质量也不错。
用料:
1：鸡胸肉或里脊肉50克，盐1/6茶匙，生粉1/2茶匙，水1茶匙；
2：豆干丝1包270克，冲洗沥水备用；
3：橄榄油1大匙，葱花1大匙，姜丝2茶匙；
4：清鸡汤一罐412毫升，或自己煮的鸡汤1.5杯，盐1/2茶匙，白胡椒1/6茶匙，
5：蒜苗花2茶匙。
注：1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon，1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon，1杯=240毫升。
做法：
1、最好提前一天将鸡胸肉或里脊肉切丝，加剩余1料拌匀，保湿冰箱过夜，这样肉会非常嫩滑。
2、不粘锅加1大匙油，置炉上开大火，炒香3料里的葱花和姜丝后（图1），下豆干丝翻炒1-2分钟（图2）。
3、依次放入4料（图3），调中小火，盖上盖子，焖煮7分钟。
4、调大中火，放入肉丝，翻炒至肉丝断生，撒蒜苗花（图4）兜匀出锅。
