【芋头糕】

芋头富含营养，又是碱性食物，是老幼皆宜的素食佳品，平时应多吃点。这次买的大芋头非常好，做了芋头糕，很棒的早餐噢。
1：大芋头去皮，得净肉450克；
2：腊肠1.5根，虾米2大匙在水里泡软；
3：橄榄油2大匙，姜蓉1茶匙，葱花3大匙，
4：盐1又1/3茶匙，糖1/2茶匙，鸡精1/4茶匙；
5：粘米粉半包大约1又1/3杯（180克），水2杯（475克）；
6：橄榄油2-3大匙。
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、大芋头是这样的（图1），里面有紫色的丝（图2），去皮洗净切成细丝。腊肠和泡软的虾米切小粒待用。
2、不粘锅置炉上开大中火，加1大匙橄榄油，炒香姜蓉和葱花，下腊肠和虾米炒出香味（图3）。然后放入芋头丝翻炒，再加4料炒匀（图4），用中火炒至芋头丝有些软身离火。
3、粘米粉加2杯水调成面糊（图5），倒入芋头丝里拌匀（图6）。将芋头糊倒入中号的长方形玻璃盒（Lock & Lock glass container）里（图7），如果有多余，放入一小碗里同蒸。
5、用小刀将萝卜糕沿四周剥开，反扣在案板上，用力震下来，然后切薄片（图9）。不粘锅里放入1大匙橄榄油，用中火将芋头糕两面煎微黄（图10），就可以上桌了。
