【陈皮鸭】

用料:
1：鸭子半只1250克，
2：陈皮3~4小块（7克），八角1~2粒，葱2根洗净切段，姜1小块10克去皮切片；
3：绍酒1.5大匙，万字牌生抽酱油（Kikkoman soy sauce）2大匙，金兰老抽酱油1大匙，糖1.5大匙，盐1/2茶匙，水2大匙。
注：1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon，1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon，1杯=240毫升。
做法：
1、鸭子斩块洗净。大汤锅放半锅水，置炉上开火煮滚，下鸭块煮1~2分钟，沥水洗净备用。
2、所有2和3料放入电压力锅内胆里（图1），放入鸭肉拌匀（图2），盖上盖子，排气阀放置密封位置，选【手动】档30分钟。
3、电压力锅完成程序后，冷却10分钟，放气减压打开盖子。将汁倒入一小锅里，大中火收汁到1/4量，放入煮好的鸭块拌匀即可出锅食用了。
