盐水毛豆

Costco 有卖带壳的冰冻毛豆，那来煮盐水毛豆，是一个好的下酒菜。这个盐水毛豆非常好味道，是跟一个好朋友学来的。
用料:
1：冰冻毛豆450克。
2：水5杯，盐1.5茶匙，八角1粒，丁香1粒。
3：盐2/3茶匙，香油1大匙，黑胡椒1/3茶匙。
做法:
冰冻毛豆是这样的（图A）。毛豆翦去两角，洗净沥水（图B）。中号锅加所有2料，置炉上开大火煮滚，放入毛豆（图C），调中火不要盖盖煮5分钟。
沥水，趁热加入所有3料（图D）拌匀，放入密闭盒里（图E）冰箱冰3小时，即可。
配瓶啤酒很是享受。
